”Ontogonistka story to tell” – short film in a neo-noir stylistic where events are taking place in a film studio. Inspired by a short story "Tlön, Uqbar, Orbis Tertius" by Jorge Luis Borges.
Young actress recently starred in a film and now is heading to a film studio to record a radio announcement. That film was experimental and it created a new type of a character: ontogonistka. On a counterweight to the classical protagonist and antagonist, the film offered an ontogonistka who attracted viewers' attention not so much to the conflicts and contrasts, but to the nature of the things and their origin.
In the film studio the actress got involved in a conversation with the film director. While talking the actress recites the phrase which she recently had heard on a radio and the director decides that they definitely need to find that radio station.
